I. Call to Order

The Committee’s Chair, Mr. Stephen Mason, called the meeting to order at 8:55 a.m.
II. Roll Call
Mr. Michael DeCourcy, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement and Search Committee Liaison, called roll:

Dr. Chanzheng Wang, Ph.D. Present

Ms. JaMeeca Alexander Present
Mr. Richard Graves Not Present
At least five (5) members were present so a quorum was established. Mayor Wilkerson and Mr. Graves joined the meeting shortly after roll call.
III. Approval of the Agenda
MOTION by Dr. Wang:
Move the Committee to approve the Agenda of the May 2, 2023, special called meeting of the Presidential Search Committee.
Seconded by Regent Walston and passed without dissent.
IV. Closed Session
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f), the Committee moved to a closed session to discuss personnel matters.
