Regent Harnice and Regent Reynolds departed early.

Regent Farris, called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. due to the early departure of Regent Harnice, Chair of the Governance Committee. Regent Farris chaired the meeting in Regent Harnice's stead.

2021 General Assembly Review

President Brown and Dr. Beverly Schneller, Vice Provost for Academic Quality, Research and Innovation, provided an update on KSU's General Assembly activities. KSU was successful in its efforts to increase its allocation, the land grant match, and property ownership receipts. KSU was not successful in its efforts to secure the land grant escrow or additional funds for the EERC.
