The Board's Chair, Regent Tammi Dukes, called the meeting to order at 10:31 a.m.

Eight (8) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.
III. Approval of the Agenda
MOTION by Regent Adams:
Move the Board to approve the agenda of the May 8, 2024, special meeting of the Board of Regents. Seconded by Regent Fields and passed without dissent.
