RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY

BE IT RESOLVED that Claire Ross, Acting President of Kentucky State University, is hereby authorized to perform all actions permitted to be taken by the Authorized University Officers of the University under the Resolution of the Board of Regents dated May 18, 2021 entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FACILITIES LEASE BETWEEN KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY AND KSU CAMPUS HOUSING, LLC, OTHER PROJECT DOCUMENTS, AND RELATED ACTIONS".
