RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY

BE IT RESOLVED that Ciana Ross Stamp is this day appointed Acting President of Kentucky State University, and s/he shall serve at the pleasure of the Board and shall assume all duties including, Board Secretary, pending further actions by the Board.
