III. Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Regent Moffett:
Move the Board to adopt the Agenda of the April 6, 2021 Special Called Meeting of the Board of Regents.
Seconded by Regent Miller and passed without dissent.
IV. Approval of the Fiscal Year 2020 Audit
MOTION by Regent Moffett:
Move the Board to approve the Fiscal Year 2020 Audit. Seconded by Regent Barfield and passed without dissent.
