In accordance with Kentucky Fire Prevention Code, it is the policy of the University that a building is to be evacuated immediately upon the activation of the fire alarm system. The Kentucky State University evacuation policy does make exceptions for persons with disabilities that may require assistance during an emergency. The University does the following to ensure fire safety;
