KSU E-Mail

For logging into any computer on campus & for accessing your web mail:

Username: firstname. 名 名称

Password: Ksu+<student id>

• For example, if your student id number is 10099901 then your password would be Ksu10099901
• Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure that only the K is capitalized

To access your e-mail:

• Go to http://www.kysu.edu
• Click on Campus E-Mail from the home page (Should bring up Office 365 login screen)
• Enter your e-mail address and password

Your e-mail address while at the University will be firstname. 名 lastname@kysu.edu

To change your password:

• Enroll in Password Self-Service. To access Password Self-Service, go to www.kysu.edu/KSUreset. You will need to know your current KSU e-mail password to enroll.
• Once logged in to Password Self-Service, you will be asked to set up your security questions and answers.
• After you have enrolled, you will be able to change or reset your password at any time by going to www.kysu.edu/KSUreset or by going to the Information Technology webpage on the KSU website. ( www.kysu.edu/IT)
