This activity will provide Mortgage Assistance to qualified households to assist them in purchasing a home within the City of Victorville NSP1 Target Areas. All beneficiaries under this activity will have purchased a home under Activity No. NSP 2008-09 100-01 SFR LMMI. Beneficiaries who purchase a home rehabilitated with NSP1 funds and who receive Mortgage Assistance will be reported under this activity.
Properties are to be located within the 9 NSP designated areas.
