Description of data accessible via link: completing their programs of study. The number of degrees awarded is closely related to enrollment. However, the number degrees awarded can be increased by more high school students transitioning to college and by university strategies to improve retention and time to degree. Improved performance on this measure contributes to increased educational attainment, a stronger workforce, and improved opportunity for Kentucky citizens. The CPE data platform provides a snapshot of the diversity within the EPP, and correlates the graduation and retention rates of students within the EPP based on ethnicity and gender.

4.2 Summarize data and trends from the data linked above, reflecting on the prompts below.
What has the provider learned from reviewing its Annual Reporting Measures over the past three years?
Discuss any emerging, long-term, expected, or unexpected trends? Discuss any programmatic/provider-wide changes being planned as a result of these data? Are benchmarks available for comparison? Are measures widely shared? How? With whom?
In reviewing the Annual Reporting Measures over the last three years, the EPP has learned that even though it continues to make strides to enhance the EPP and produce a global learning experience for students, the EPP still has much room for improvement when it comes to teacher effectiveness for all students, retention for all of our students (specifically minority educators), and making sure our students are receiving the appropriate resources and practice opportunities to pass entry and licensure exams. The trends that the EPP has identified are decreasing enrollment in the program, declining student pass rates on the Praxis I and PLT, and the lack of Minority males in the program. To address these trends the EPP has initiated Praxis practice opportunities within our Core courses to prepare our students to pass the exams before they are accepted into the EPP, the EPP has placed a heavy emphasis on recruiting and communicating with future students via attending High School College Fairs, hosting Zoom
