Dubuque County region funding request; for Hillcrest Family Services Pysch nurse RN model in the Dubuque County Jail at a cost of 19,865. Take the burden off deputies to include conducting assessments, administering medications and providing crisis intervention. Jody Jansen, Action
Dubuque County Fund Balance Special Project; Hillcrest Family Services Integrated Health Home program expansion. This is an expansion of the program to include program coverage for non-Medicaid consumers. There is 88,341 available in fund balance dollars can be allocated to this Hillcrest project.
