NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the said Board that on this 25 day of may____, 2024, based upon the findings herein above stated, the application is hereby granted subject to the following conditions, together with all stipulations of the applicant:
The application of the applicant for an increase in rent based on real estate tax pass-through is hereby approved.
The annual per unit increase is $16.50, for a monthly increase of $1.37 per unit.
The total rent for each unit effective April 1, 2024, shall be as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
