STAFF COUNCIL
To serve as the official representative organization of University staff.
Serve as a body for voicing staff concerns.
Solicit suggestions from staff members on how to enhance the University's efficiency.
Review and make recommendations regarding fringe benefits.
Review operational procedures and personnel policies and make recommendations for improvements through the Executive Director of Human Resources and the Vice President for Business Affairs.
Coordinate the University's Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards.
Provide feedback to University staff.
Report to the University President.
