6. If previous vote affirmed, complete vote of confidence (secret ballot) (15 minutes)

Per the Faculty Senate Constitution, Article VII.A.1., University Faculty are defined as “all full-time University employees holding the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor or Instructor, and such other administrative officers as may be recommended by the President and approved by the Board of Regents.” For the purposes of this vote, full time visiting faculty will be included.

• Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker and will be limited to faculty members defined in the bulleted item above.
