Whereas, the Kentucky State University Thorobreds Foundation, Inc. (KSUTF) has adopted foundational governance documents and policies, including bylaws, conflict of interest, code of conduct, gift acceptance, endowment spending and investment, and whistleblower policies; and
Whereas, these policies reflect best practices and were recommended as part of the Benefactor Group Governance Review;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Regents of Kentucky State University endorses the bylaws and policies adopted by the KSUTF Board of Trustees.
We, the duly qualified officers of the Kentucky State University Board of Regents, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the Kentucky State University Board of Regents at its meeting on Friday, June 27, 2025.
