# BOARD OF REGENTS

# ORDER

By order of the Board of Regents, Dr. Koffi C. Akakpo, President of Kentucky State University, is hereby authorized to renegotiate the Memorandum of Understanding between Kentucky State University and the Kentucky State University Foundation, Inc., on behalf of the Board of Regents and Kentucky State University.

It is further ordered that the Investment & Advancement Committee of the Board of Regents is hereby granted the authority to issue recommendations and directives to President Akakpo concerning the Memorandum of Understanding. Any such recommendations or directives issued by the Committee shall possess the same force and effect as any recommendations or directives issued by the Board of Regents.

So ORDERED on this 16th day of February, 2024.
