1. Cumulative noise standard Noise compliance shall be evaluated at the receiving Sensitive Receptor and receiving property-line locations based on the combined modeled and measured contribution of the proposed LLDC and other existing, approved, pending, concurrently filed, or reasonably foreseeable data-center, generation, cooling, substation, transformer, BESS, fuel, and Associated Infrastructure sources within the Cumulative Impact Review Area. No approval shall be granted unless the applicant demonstrates that cumulative sound, tonal noise, low-frequency noise, infrasound where relevant, vibration, and testing/maintenance scenarios will comply with the applicable daytime, nighttime, tonal, low-frequency, and vibration standards.
