The facility owner and operator shall, at their sole expense, provide:

a baseline ambient vibration study completed prior to commencement of construction, documenting existing background vibration conditions at representative locations; and

a post-startup vibration compliance test completed within sixty (60) days after commencement of full facility operations, or within such additional time approved by the Zoning Administrator for good cause, demonstrating compliance with this ordinance under representative operating conditions.

Additional vibration testing may be required by Jackson County in response to a complaint, following any Expansion or Modification, following a documented violation, or when the Zoning Administrator reasonably determines that additional testing is necessary to investigate potential noncompliance.
