- All noise testing and reporting required under this section shall be at the sole expense of the facility owner and operator and shall not be borne by Jackson County.
- Any noise study or sound test required under this ordinance shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator within ten (10) business days after testing. The report shall include, at a minimum, testing locations, dates and times, equipment and calibration information, standards used, facility operating conditions, and results sufficient to demonstrate compliance.
- If noise exceeds the allowable limits, the facility owner and operator shall promptly implement corrective measures and, if necessary, suspend the offending equipment or operations until compliance is demonstrated by follow-up testing. Any follow-up report shall also be submitted to the Zoning Administrator.
