All noise testing and reporting required under this section shall be at the sole expense of the facility owner and operator and shall not be borne by Jackson County.

Any noise study or sound test required under this ordinance shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator within ten (10) business days after testing. The report shall include, at a minimum, testing locations, dates and times, equipment and calibration information, standards used, facility operating conditions, and results sufficient to demonstrate compliance.

If noise exceeds the allowable limits, the facility owner and operator shall promptly implement corrective measures and, if necessary, suspend the offending equipment or operations until compliance is demonstrated by follow-up testing. Any follow-up report shall also be submitted to the Zoning Administrator.
