I have read the Truth In Lending disclosures presented on this screen and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that govern this tuition payment plan. I hereby authorize any and all authorized users and Additional Payees full access to my account, including the ability to view all billing statements, payment history, and/or make payments. I understand that I am still responsible for ensuring all of my accounts are paid on time and in full.
