8. Complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN)

Required for first-time borrowers and borrowers who's previous MPN has expired

• Go to StudentAid.gov/mpn and select the option for an undergraduate or graduate/professional student.
• Log in with your FSA ID and password.
• Select Kentucky State University as the school to notify.
• Complete and submit all required sections.
• When prompted to enter your name, use the exact name associated with your FSA ID.
