• The course BIO 436 Biotech Writing and Presentations will be deleted and biology majors in the biotechnology option (BIT) take the BIO 410/401 (Special Problems in Biology/Biology Seminar) as required by general and pre-professional biology majors and will reduce the number of faculty needed to teach similar courses. The learning objectives are equivalent.
