If you have a Waiver Limited Purpose HRA in 2024 and wish to keep it, you do not have to make an election during open enrollment. If you do not wish to keep the Waiver Limited Purpose HRA in 2025, you must make a different election during open enrollment. This HRA only covers dental and vision expenses incurred by you and your dependents.
