I. Call To Order

The Board of Regent's Chairman of the athletic committee, Regent Jason Moseley, called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m.

II. Roll Call

The Board's Secretary, Nicole Sergent, called the roll:

Regent Jonathan Rabinowitz

Not Present

Regent Robert Ramsey Present

Regent Matthew Grimshaw Not Present

Regent Tammi Dukes Present

Three (3) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.

III. Approval of the Agenda.

• Regent Moseley asked for a motion for the approval of the athletic committee agenda. Regent Dukes made a motion for approval of the agenda and it was seconded by Regent Ramsey.
