  • Two (2) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. General Counsel Sergent said they do not have a quorum today. However, the meeting can continue as informational as long as nothing is voted on.
  • Approval of the Agenda. Regent Fields said they do not need to have an approval of the agenda since they are not voting.
  • Information Items. Presented by Mr. Adam Smith, Interim Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Success.
