SUBJECT: Approval of Personal Service Contract No. 27-010 - Stratagon

ITEM: ACTION
The Kentucky State University Marketing Department requests approval of Personal Service Contract No. 27-010 with Stratagon to provide comprehensive digital marketing and advertising services in support of the University's student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. The contract will provide strategic marketing, digital advertising, search engine optimization, content development, analytics, and lead generation services designed to increase awareness and enrollment in targeted academic programs. The contract term is August 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with three optional one-year renewal periods. The total contract amount shall not exceed $275,000.
The Marketing Department will utilize Stratagon's services to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that support recruitment and enrollment growth for the School of Nursing, MBA Program, School of Engineering, School of Social Work, KYSU Online, and other academic programs identified by the University. Services include marketing strategy development, audience targeting, digital advertising, content creation, search engine optimization, campaign management, analytics, and lead generation activities that enhance the University's enrollment efforts.
It is recommended that the Board of Regents approve Personal Service Contract No. 27-010 with Stratagon as presented.
