Two (2) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. General Counsel Sergent said they do not have a quorum today. However, the meeting can continue as informational as long as nothing is voted on.
Approval of the Agenda. Regent Fields said they do not need to have an approval of the agenda since they are not voting.
