BACKGROUND: Funding changes that exceed 1M require the approval of the Board of Regents
SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: The Shauntee Hall Renovation is entering Phase II that will include a new roof design to allow expansion of the 2nd floor. Additional Title III funds have been allocated to this project and a no-cost extension has been filed with the US Department of Education. The total project is still estimated at 15,600,000, however, the Title III funding for this project has increased from 3,000,000 to 3,147,138.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the items as reported.

Approve the increase in funding from Title III funds to support the Shauntee Hall Renovation.
