1. Call to Order

• The Board of Regent's Chair, Regent Tammi Dukes, called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.

2. Roll Call

The Board’s Secretary, Nicole Sergent, called the roll:

• Ten (10) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.
• Chair Dukes noted that agenda approval was not required for this regular meeting and moved the CPE and KSU Collaboration Update forward on the agenda.
