Provost/Academic Affairs: Final authority for policy interpretation and enforcement; approves exceptions
Deans: Ensure faculty compliance within their college; approve automatic failure attendance policies
Department Chairs: Support faculty in implementing consistent attendance practices and review syllabi for compliance
Faculty: Establish, communicate, track, and report attendance and engagement per this policy
Office of Financial Aid: Process R2T4 calculations using LDA data
Office of the Registrar: Maintain official enrollment records receive Never Attended and LDA data
Office of Accessibility Services: Issue and communicate attendance-related accommodations; issue accommodation disputes
