The Committee's Chair, Regent Edward Fields, called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m.

Three (3) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.

• III.Approval of the Agenda. Regent Fields asked for a motion to approve the agenda. Regent Hatchett moved for a motion and it was seconded by Regent Ramsey.
• IV.Information Items by Dr. Stephanie Mayberry.
• A.Spring Enrollment.
• i.Total numbers. Dr. Mayberry said there are 2,877 students.
