The Academic Affairs Committee Chair, Regent James Obielodan, called the meeting to order at 11:10 a.m.

Three (3) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.
3. Approval of the Agenda.
Regent Obielodan asked for a motion to approve the agenda. Chair Dukes made the motion and Regent Fields seconded the motion.
