WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson has a need for copier solutions for the daily operations of the Township through Xerox Business Solutions, holder of New Jersey State Contract 25-COMG-104259; and

WHEREAS, the purchase of goods and services by local contracting units is authorized by the Local Public contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12; and,

WHEREAS, Xerox Business Solutions has provided for quote for lease of products under the awarded New Jersey State Contract in the amount of $4,165.00 per month for 60 months.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey that Xerox Business Solutions is approved per state contract 25-COMG-104259, for a period of 60 months in the amount of $4,165.00 per month, for 60 months
