Please let this letter serve as notice that Diana Urbina of Cushman & Wakefield is the duly authorized Property Manager for the property located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is authorized by the Landlord (GV-IP 110 Tower Owner, LLC) to act on ownership's behalf in all matters relating to permitting, construction projects, and other managerial or operational issues.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, executing documents, submitting and approving applications, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government agencies, and responding to all requests made to the City and/or County regarding construction, build-outs, tenant improvements, and vendor or service contracts requiring the Landlord's consent or approval.
