F D O T is asking local governments, regulatory agencies and the public to provide comments about the proposed improvements under consideration. We encourage you to complete the comment form and drop it in one of the boxes provided tonight or, if you prefer, you may mail your comments, postmarked by February 10, 2023, to the address on the comment form. You may also submit comments through the project website, using the website address listed on your handout and on this slide. Comments may be submitted at any time, however, to be included as part of the public meeting record, comments must be received or postmarked by February 10, 2023. The project team will consider all comments and, where feasible, will incorporate them into the proposed improvements.
Meeting comments and responses will be available on the project website approximately 30 days following the close of the formal comment period.
