## Spend Dashboard The Spend Dashboard (listed as 'Spend Dashboard' on your Home Menu) is your primary tool for tracking, viewing, and analysing your company's corporate travel expenses. When you open this dashboard, you can navigate between different detailed data sets by clicking the tabs at the top of the screen. These tabs include Summary, Air, Rail, Accommodation, and Data Table. ===== PAGE 5 ===== The dashboard provides several key visualisations to help you understand your data at a glance: Headline Metrics: Quickly view your overall Total Spend, which is further broken down into Online Spend and Offline Spend, alongside your total Item Count. - Spend By Product: A visual pie chart showing exactly how your budget is distributed across different categories, such as Air, Accommodation, and Rail. - Financial Year Spend By Product: A detailed bar chart tracking your spending trends month-by-month throughout the financial year. • Interactive Map: A global, geographical view of your travel destinations. ## Carbon Emissions Overview Dashboard In addition to tracking your financial spend, Trends provides a dedicated Carbon Emissions Overview dashboard, visible on your Home Menu. This dashboard allows you to monitor and measure the environmental impact of your corporate travel programme. By selecting this dashboard, you can: • Track your carbon footprint: View the total CO2 emissions generated by your company's travel activities. - Analyse by product: Break down your emissions by specific travel types, such as air, rail, or accommodation, to see which areas contribute most to your footprint. - Apply targeted filters: Just like the Spend Dashboard, you can use the left-hand panel to filter your carbon data by Organisation, Division, Account, or custom date ranges. This helps you track sustainability goals and identify areas for environmental improvement across specific departments. ===== PAGE 6 ===== ## Reporting Dashboard Once you have selected your dashboard, you will be able to view and analyse a range of travel data unique to your company.

## Data Freshness To ensure consistent and accurate reporting, the data within the Trends system is updated on a nightly basis. This means the reports, dashboards, and metrics you view will always reflect your company's travel information up to the previous day. ## Note on Refreshing: While navigating the system, you may notice "Refresh dashboard" or "Set auto-refresh" options if you click the 3 dots on the top navigation bar. You may also see a "Force refresh" option on individual charts. Please note that because the travel data is updated on a daily cycle, using these refresh buttons will only reload the current page's display. Refreshing the charts while logged in will not update the dashboard with any new, same-day information. ===== PAGE 8 ===== ## Filters & Controls The panel displayed on the left-hand side of the screen enables you to change division, account, product, financial year, and more.

## Understanding Your Company Hierarchy Filters To help you accurately segment your travel data and report on specific business areas, the Trends dashboard uses a three-tier hierarchy based on your company structure. You can use the left-hand panel to apply these filters: ## Organisation This is the top-level filter of your hierarchy. It represents the overarching corporate entity, major global region, or primary corporate location. Filtering by Organisation allows you to view the highest-level summary of travel spend and activity. ===== PAGE 9 ===== ## Division This is the secondary level of your hierarchy (if applicable). Divisions represent the major business units, operational departments, or functional areas within the overarching Organisation (e.g., Sales, Engineering, or Human Resources). ## Account This is the most granular level of your hierarchy. Accounts correspond to specific Departments or Accounts that sit underneath your Division. Filtering by Account allows for highly detailed budget tracking and reconciliation at the lowest level of the hierarchy. Here is a look at the panel in more detail: Use the blue arrow to expand or collapse this menu
