You can switch between various data sets by clicking the tabs highlighted below. These include summary reports, air, rail, accommodation, and more.
In the example below, we have switched from a summary report to air.
To ensure consistent and accurate reporting, the data within the Trends system is updated on a nightly basis. This means the reports, dashboards, and metrics you view will always reflect your company's travel information up to the previous day.
While navigating the system, you may notice "Refresh dashboard" or "Set auto-refresh" options if you click the 3 dots on the top navigation bar. You may also see a "Force refresh" option on individual charts. Please note that because the travel data is updated on a daily cycle, using these refresh buttons will only reload the current page's display. Refreshing the charts while logged in will not update the dashboard with any new, same-day information.
