instances, appropriations made for interest and debt redemption charges capital improvement fund and public assistance.

WHEREAS, nothing herein contained shall prevent or relieve the governing body from making appropriations during the last 10 days of the year preceding the beginning of the fiscal year for all interest and debt redemption charges maturing during the fiscal year.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that:

1. The following annexed schedule totaling $12,581,866.77 for the CY 2021 Temporary Municipal Operating Budget of the Township of Jackson is hereby made for the above stated reasons.
2. This resolution shall take effect upon majority affirmative vote of Jackson Township's Council members.
3. Copies of this executed resolution to the Administrator, Chief Financial Officer and Auditor.
