WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to fill said vacancies.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. The following individual is hereby appointed to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment as follows:
  2. Jeanine Fritsch (Member) – term to June 30, 2024 (to fill the unexpired term of Peter Maher)
  3. Appointee shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth by State Statute and the Municipal Code of the Township of Jackson.
  4. Appointee shall serve without compensation.
  5. A certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, Zoning Officer, Jeanine Fritsch and any other interested parties.

WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:4-19, "the governing body may and, if any contracts, commitments or payments are to be made prior to the adoption of the budget, shall by resolution adopted within the first 30 days of the beginning of the fiscal year, make appropriations to provide for the period between the beginning of the fiscal year and the adoption of the budget."
