  4. RESOLUTION 040R-21 TITLE: APPOINT COUNCILMAN NINO BORRELLI AS A MEMBER TO THE CENTRASTATE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

  6. WHEREAS, CentraState Healthcare System has requested that the Township of Jackson appoint an individual to represent Jackson Township on their Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee; and
  7. WHEREAS, CentraState Healthcare System is a provider of medical services to many residents of Jackson; and
  8. WHEREAS, the Township Council believes it to be in the best interest of Jackson to have a member of the Township Council appointed to the CentraState Healthcare System Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee; and
  9. WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to appoint a member of the Township Council to such a position.
  10. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:
  11. Nino Borrelli is hereby appointed as a member to CentraState Healthcare System’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee commencing January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021.
  12. Appointee shall serve without compensation.
  13. Copies of this Resolution to Municipal Administrator, Chairman-Board of Trustees, CentraState Healthcare System, Appointee and any other interested parties.
