WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, is authorized to make said appointment pursuant to Chapter 3-159 of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to appoint Kate Slisky to the position of ADA Coordinator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:
That pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-36(B), the Township Council does hereby consent to the appointment of Kate Slisky as ADA Coordinator for the period commencing January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
Appointee shall serve without compensation.
Copies of this resolution to Municipal Administrator, Appointee and any other interested parties.

WHEREAS, under date of January 1, 2021, there is a need to appointment members to the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, is authorized to make said appointments pursuant to Chapter 3-168 of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to fill said vacancies on this board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:
