BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, as follows:

SECTION I. Schedule "A" of Ordinance 22-20 is hereby amended to establish salaries for the official employees whose titles are set forth on the attached Schedule "A".

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are repealed.

SECTI ON 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to that section, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged, and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed to be valid and effective.
