TITLE: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SUMMER BASKETBALL AND WRESTLING CAMPS FOR THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP RECREATION DEPARTMENT
MOTION TO APPROVE BY: BORRELLI MOTION SECONDED BY: CHISHOLM YES: BORRELLI, CHISHOLM, SAUICKIE, FLEMMING, KERN
WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson is currently operates and basketball and wrestling summer camp; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 304-38 of the Township Code of the Township of Jackson, the fees for the summer basketball camp range from $75.00 to $100.00; and
WHEREAS, the fees for the summer wrestling camp registration range from $50.00 to $90.00; and
WHEREAS, it is the purpose of this Resolution to establish the fee for each of these summer camps as follows:
Basketball Summer Camp $100.00
Wrestling Summer Camp $75.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 23rd day of March, 2021, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that the Township Department of Recreation be and they are hereby authorized to charge the fees as set forth hereinabove in accordance with Chapter 304-38 of the Township Code until such time that said Ordinance for this Resolution is amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Joeylynn Anderson, Recreation Department.
