Mayor Michael Reina- When it was purchased from the auction that we lost there were many discussions on multifamily use, Planning Board, and Master Plan. We have an affordable housing obligation. Councilman Sauickie- Asked Attorney McGuckin if the Planning Board has to be on zoom.

She is also concerned about parking overflow because of the size of the project. According to Ms. Hannum it is an environmentally sensitive area.
Ms. Hannum next concern was the connector road and also the width of Perrineville Road. The connector road has partial Ocean County Planning Board approval. For Perrineville Road, she said she saw a backhoe digging on someone's property and they said they were going to lose 16 feet of their front yard.
Mayor Reina- Asked Business Administrator Wall if there were any complaints to their office. Business Administrator Wall replied no not to my knowledge.
Ms. Hannum asked who writes the Ordinances for Jackson Township. She was told that Ordinances can come from multiple sources, but then she specifically asked about MFAH zone and was told that was part of a court approved settlement.

Council President Kern-Every single meeting has asked for more people to volunteer, and if interested, he asked that residents fill out the form online. Council President Kern also outlined many community based activities in town.
Ms. Hannum asked about Brookwood Parkway and stated there needs to be protection for the residents and children on those three roads from speeding school buses and traffic. It has been going on for five years and Police Department is aware of it.
