The Mobile Home Park license for All Seasons Mobile Home Park located at 1325 Toms River Road, a/k/a Block 23303, Lot 16 is hereby conditionally approved for a three (3) month period effective April 14, 2021 through July 13, 2021.
The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid 3-month conditional license renewal to All Seasons Mobile Home Park.
Said conditional Mobile Home Park license is issued for a 3-month period commencing April 14, 2021 and ending July 13, 2021, shall be considered for additional approval after opportunity for site inspection and assessment of the status of repairs identified by the Department of Code Enforcement and Housing.
Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the Jackson Township Planning Board.
That upon the adoption of the resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy to Andrew Cheney (Code Compliance Officer), All Seasons Mobile Home Park and any other interested parties.

TITLE: AUTHORIZE RENEWAL OF KENNEL LICENSE TO RAMBLIN' ACRES (BLOCK 20701, LOT 7 – 170 S. HOPE CHAPEL ROAD)
WHEREAS, the applicant, Ramblin’ Acres, 170 So. Hope Chapel Road, Jackson, New Jersey (Block 20701, Lot 7) has submitted an application for renewal of the license to operate a kennel at the premises as set forth below pursuant to Article III of Chapter 98 of the Jackson Township Code; and
WHEREAS, the applications are in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and
WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Ramblin’ Acres, 170 So. Hope Chapel Road, Jackson, New Jersey, a renewal of the kennel license commencing on February 1, 2021 and terminating January 31, 2022.
This license is issued subject to applicant’s continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
Payment of all outstanding fees and taxes.
The applicant shall conform to all laws and regulations required by Chapter 98-25.
The applicant obtaining all other local, County and State permits.
That upon adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Ramblin'Acres.
