SHELDON HOFSTEIN – 48 BALTUSROL DRIVE – Asked the Council if they are aware of the violation for a single family home located at 41 South Cooks Bridge Road in a residential neighborhood being used as a “Shabbos school” the owner of the house does not reside on the property lives in Brooklyn. Business Administrator Wall stated the address is not familiar but will reach out to relative department and report back to the Governing body.
Mr. Hofstein wanted to know about cease and desist if it was done on the other properties. Attorney Greg McGuckin their consideration is yes; I cannot get into the details, however but you'll eventually see what they decide to do.
ROSARIO POLLINA- 48 MANHATTAN STREET - Wants to talk about swapping property. Business Administrator Wall and Council President Kern advised Mr. Pollina that a meeting will have to be scheduled.
