NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 25th day of May, 2021 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
- Bid of Forever Green Tree Service is hereby rejected pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 for failure to comply with the bid specifications.
- The bid of Aspen Tree Expert Co., Inc. is hereby rejected since the proposal substantially exceeds the cost estimate for the services as proposed.
- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Forever Green Tree Service, Aspen Tree Expert Co., Inc., Veronica Dingle, and Gregory McGuckin, Esq.
