RESOLUTION 193R-21 TITLE: AUTHORIZE PERSON-TO-PERSON AND PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER OF PLENARY RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION LICENSE NO. 1511-33-019-005 FROM METEDECONK HOSPITALITY SERVICES, LLC T/A METEDECONK NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, INC. TO METEDECONK NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, INC. T/A METEDECONK NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, INC.

WHEREAS, application has been made by Metedeconk Hospitality Services, LLC t/a National Golf Club, Inc. as transferee of Plenary Retail Alcoholic Beverage Consumption License No. 1511-33-019-005 for a person to person transfer from Metedeconk Hospitality Services, LLC, t/a National Golf Club, Inc. to Metedeconk National Golf Club, Inc. t/a Metedeconk National Golf Club, Inc. and;

WHEREAS, application has been made by Metedeconk Hospitality Services, LLC t/a National Golf Club, Inc. as holder of Plenary Retail Alcoholic Beverage Consumption License No. 1511-33-019-005 for a place to place transfer for the purpose of allowing alcoholic beverages to be served and consumed on the entire premises of the golf course; and

WHEREAS, written consent to such transfers signed by the present holder of the license has been made and filed with the Township Clerk and the applicant has paid all necessary transfer fees to the Township; and

WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted proof of publication as required by the rules and regulations of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. That the Township Council of Jackson Township hereby formally authorizes
  2. the person to person transfer of Plenary Retail Alcoholic Consumption License No. 1511-33-019-005 presently held by Metedeconk Hospitality Services, LLC t/a National Golf Club, Inc. to Metedeconk National Golf Club, Inc. t/a Metedeconk National Golf Club, Inc.
  3. That the Township Council of Jackson Township hereby formally authorizes the place to place transfer of Plenary Retail Alcoholic Consumption License No. 1511-33-019-005 presently held by Metedeconk Hospitality Services, LLC t/a National Golf Club, Inc. for the purpose of allowing alcoholic beverages to be served and consumed on the entire premises of the golf course.
  4. This resolution shall become effective upon formal transfer of the Plenary Retail Alcoholic Beverage Consumption License by the Township Clerk.
  5. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
  6. Transfer is authorized with approval from the Jackson Township Police Department.
