RESOLUTION 251R-21 TITLE: APPROVE JACKSON TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 15, 2021

WHEREAS, official Minutes of Jackson Township Council meetings have been prepared; and

WHEREAS, the Township Clerk has reviewed these Minutes and has submitted them to the Town Council for their approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, that;

  8. TITLE: AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CAMPGROUND LICENSE TO BUTTERFLY CAMPING RESORT LOCATED AT 360 BUTTERFLY ROAD (BLOCK 15301, LOT 31)
  9. MOTION TO APPROVE BY: CHISHOLM MOTION SECONDED BY: FLEMMING YES: BORRELLI, CHISHOLM, FLEMMING, KERN ABSENT: SAUICKIE
  10. WHEREAS, Butterfly Camping Resort has applied for renewal of their 2021-2022 campground license for property located at 360 Butterfly Road, a/k/a Block 15301, Lot 31, Jackson Township; and
  11. WHEREAS, Butterfly Camping Resort has submitted an application in proper form and has paid the required fees; and
  12. WHEREAS, taxes are paid on the premises in question and the appropriate municipal agencies or officers have inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of this license.
  13. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:
  14. The application of Butterfly Camping Resort for renewal of the 2021-2022 Campground License for the premises known as 360 Butterfly Road, a/k/a Block 15301, Lot 31, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  15. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid license to the applicant.
